Telegram Channels

Telegram channels should not be confused with Telegram groups.

Channels are public broadcast URLs which can have an unlimited number of subscribers.

Channels may have one or more administrators with different publishing or editing rights controlled by the channel owner. Channel posts may be signed by the post author, or unsigned, attributed only to the channel, depending on how the owner has set the channel up.

Channel posts by default do not have commenting, though commenting and other features can be added using bots by the channel owner-admin.
