How to stop following a site or Blog with Friend Connect?

The question pops up allot in the Friend Connect Help Forums, but is confusing to some people so here's a post to illustrate the process.

First off sign in options

•  Sign in gadget
• Members gadget
• Social bar (not pictured

Note: With the same service you used to sign in originally!

Then you need the "settings" window.
Use the "settings" link, in the sign in gadget, or the "site settings" link in the members gadget.

Leave the current site (or blog) from the link shown.

Note: for Blogger blogs it will say "stop following" or similar.

Site owners can change the wording of the link. Here I used "Leave site" when I set the site up.

From the "Sites you've joined" tab in the settings window you can leave other sites you have joined with Friend Connect.
